A spectacular walk
This popular trip begins near Maligne Lake on an old fire road. It ranges from moderate to steep in places, with breathtaking vistas along the route. Joy explains more about the flora and fauna, as well as Canadian history, along the journey. All kinds of creatures can be seen if you pay attentive attention. The hike is 10 to 12 kilometres long and climbs 500/650 metres. You will set out at 8:00 am and spend roughly six to eight hours driving.
