Are you ready for an incredible adventure? This breathtaking journey will take you up to the headwaters of Cline River, which is fed by Pinto Lake. As you ascend to an altitude of 3048 metres, you'll be able to see the stunning Columbia Icefield and Continental Divide in the distance. You'll even fly by the west face of Cirrus Mountain, where you can witness the magnificent Weeping Wall. During winter, the Weeping Wall at the base of Cirrus Mountain's west face is the ultimate destination for ice climbing enthusiasts due to weather conditions.
While passing over the Icefield Parkway, you will be able to spot Mount Columbia and the Columbia Icefield. You'll be able to marvel at the large crevasses, fissures, and stunning blue of glacial ice from above. The next mountainous encounter will be with Mount Cline, one of only a handful 3352-metre peaks east of the Continental Divide. Once past Mount Cline, you'll have a chance to view the Cline, White Goat, Lion, Lioness, Resolute, and Hanging Glacier. Make sure to bring layers and wear closed-toed shoes for your comfort.
