A stunning lodge in the Rocky Mountains

This very comfortable lodge is a five-minute drive from the town of Golden in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. There is a beautiful common area that overlooks the surrounding nature, and from here you and your partner can feel truly far away from civilisation. Bears and their cubs can often be spotted in this area while driving or hiking.

Your activities can be as strenuous or as relaxing as you both wish. From white water rafting to taking a gentle gondola ride to see the panoramic views at the top of Kicking Horse Mountain. There is also mountain biking and paddleboarding in summer and downhill and cross-country skiing in winter.

The lodge is run by the Scottish Lynn Moffat together with her Swiss partner Sigi; they enjoy meeting guests from all over the world. During your stay, you can take a dip in the property's jacuzzi and enjoy the library and games room and of course the beautiful view.
