A multi-day horseback ride in Banff

Experience Banff National Park in the best way possible - on horseback. Follow the same historic routes that the original explorers of the Canadian Rockies carved back in the 1920s. You’ll be able to enjoy a safe ride and see amazing places you would miss if trekking on your own.

You will join the Sundance Explorer tour. Over three days and two nights, you will experience the unspoiled wilderness of Banff. This adventure takes you along the glacier-fed waters of the Bow River, one of the best spots in Banff to spot elk, deer or even moose roaming along the shores.

Follow the historic Erling Strom Trail, travelled by renowned explorer Erling Strom in the early 1900s, while taking in awe-evoking views of the Sundance mountain range. At night, the cosy lodge gives you a surprisingly comfortable spot to rest your head. Snuggle by the fire, devour gourmet back country cuisine, and swap tales about the day’s adventures with your fellow riders. Included in your tour are accommodation for two nights, horseback riding instructions, and a fully catered menu.
